Last week I had the pleasure of working with first time customer Jenny Mitchell of Nest Realty.  Nest Realty, along with Jenny, are new to the Staunton area and so wanted to create some beautiful marketing material.

Jenny and I met at the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors Trade Show back in the spring.  She was great to work with and is an experienced realtor.

Jenny’s goal here was to take beautiful aerial photos of target neighborhoods and iconic areas in the City of Staunton.  These photos will then be used to market to those neighborhoods who will be happy to see such a unique view of their home!  This photo shoot included downtown Staunton and the neighborhood of Baldwin Place.  Baldwin place is a beautiful quite neighborhood focused on its historic look.  All of the homes are build in a Williamsburg style with ceder roofs and copper details.

I was able to meet with Jenny quickly and deliver the photos the next day, even going into a holiday weekend!

Jenny was extremely pleased with the photos and we are mapping out more neighborhoods to work on in the future!
