These prices are only for the marketing and sale of individual dwellings.  Any services for developments or portfolio images will be subject to different pricing.

Add Ons

  • Virtual Staging
    Buying and renting furniture to stage a home is expensive!  Plus the effort of moving and removing, then storing all of it.  Save time, money, and effort by staging your listings digitally.
  • Drone photography
    A typical drone photography session will take 30 minutes to shoot at location.  This includes between 5-15 photographs, all edited and ready to be uploaded to MLS.
  • Video
    Videos are all custom made and edited and take between 1-3 days to deliver.  A typical video is between 1 and 5 minutes long depending on the amount of information we want to provide in the video.  Videos can consist of a combination of drone and conventional shots.  Price can vary depending on the needs of the video.

3D Virtual Reality

Using Matterport technology you can have a 3D scan of your listing. Potential buyers can view the listing like a dollhouse or view the house layout. They can also zip through the house using Virtual Reality as though they are there in person.  The Virtual Reality tour integrates with Zillow and Realtor.

Floor Planning

Get a floorplan that is accurate to the inch. All rooms are labeled and get detailed measurements such as accurate square footage and room dimensions. Potential buyers can use this type of floor plan to make sure the listing meets their needs.
